Abstract

Good governance with the most important principles and criteria such as public participation, accountability, responsibility, law-oriented, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness, justice and equality, consensus and legitimacy is one of the new management approaches and the new approach to development and poverty reduction. It is especially in rural areas. In line with the mentioned cases, the present research aims; The study of the role of good rural governance in the physical development of the villages of Khorram Abad city has been compiled. The used descriptive-analytical method is based on documentary and survey sources. The statistical population in this research includes indigenous rural communities, experts and specialists in the field of rural management and development (universities, Islamic councils and villagers). The research findings from the measurement model of "physical development" show that "development of communication and transportation infrastructure" and "increasing the use of new technologies" respectively have the highest and lowest correlations with the variable of physical development in the subject. They have good governance and physical development. Among the indicators of good governance, the components of "responsiveness" and "lawfulness" have the highest and lowest correlations with the variable of good governance in the subject of physical development, respectively. The results of Vicor model show that among the factors affecting the realization of good rural governance, the three components of accountability, participation and responsibility are the most effective indicators on the realization of good rural governance in Khorram Abad city.
